First game of the Last Season!

Boys beat Omak last night 7-2. Creston pitched an amazing game.....I don't know how many strikeouts he had, but it was alot. Lance pitched the final 2 innings and did a great job. Creston hit one over centerfield and another nice one up the middle....so fun to watch! He has been up late the last two nights making tamales for the Senior class. Great way to make a ton of money for their senior trip. I believe they sold around 100 dozen and will profit around $700.00. Jord has been raking and burning almost every evening doing spring cleaning. He ordered fruit trees that we have to pick up this weekend in Wenatchee. Kind of exciting. I think he is going to downsize the garden this year instead of feeding the whole county. This will free him up a bit to do other projects in the yard. (this is what he says.....we will see) We are still using the potatoes/carrots/onions from last season, I can't believe the cellar held them this long. Well, my life will shortly be consumed with baseball and softball. We have about a week and a half of normal then the crazy sets in and Jord will go one way and I will go another as both kids play in different towns on the same night.

Its hard to downsize when you have aging seed that need planted or tossed, a little space here and so on.
I too plan to downsize. LOL!!!

The split evenings and dinners gets aggravating, but that is what happens. Tamales sound delicious!
