Quiet on the Homefront
Kids back in school....trying to adjust to schedules, so far, so good. Going to have a quiet 3 day weekend which I am excited for.....maybe I will catch up on my laundry. I plan on making salsa on Saturday. Jord picked the first large batch of tomatoes for me. He also picked garlic, peppers, and onions....only thing I have to buy is vinegar and seals. I am loving the garden. My grocery bill has went down with not having to buy vegetables. I am trying to package our meat into smaller packages to save....last night I made homemade chicken noodle soup and biscuits. It was yummy and cheap! Bro Bruce called yesterday and it was so good hearing from them. Sis Rama still having pretty rough days.....needs prayers. Well, I wish I would've had the money, I would've crashed my sister in laws beach vacation. Sooooo jealous!!!!! The pictures look great and it looked like everyone had a great time. Did we decide on Christmas? Who get who and want we are doing? Are we leaving things the way they are?
