Picked a box of cantaloupe yesterday. I think most of these are Delicious 51, the other varieties have not ripened yet. I did get one Crane, which I had for breakfast. It was very good. The Delicious 51's have been very sweet. The flesh is softer than commercial varieties, but the sugar content, degrees brix, is very high.
