I put up some dill pickles for A. Martha's sweet pickle recipe. I had dill and cukes for the Bread and Butter's. We run up to Fitzgeralds to get cukes for the dill chunks.
Kim give us a box of peaches, so I thought I would try a little peach butter.

I feel so much better. Benn looking at the amaranth and thinking, nope, wrong plant, just a crazy pigweed! Bad cheep seed, huh? Not a Tithonia showing a bit of color yet either. But mine are shaded out by the pole beans!
