It Happens When You are Old and Fat!

Apparently,  I don't know how to lift my leg high enough to get into the bathtub! Tuesday night I rammed my toe into the side of the tub....heard a "crack" and lots of pain.  I think I broke my baby toe....nothing you can do about a broken toe except baby it.  By the time I got home yesterday, my toe and top of foot was swollen and multi colored, so I stayed home to elevate it and iced it. This morning....swelling down, pain almost gone....feeling about 80%.  I was really irritated with myself, because my arch has been doing so much better.....to the point that I may actually be able to take a walk....then boom....broke my toe! The girls play today in East Wenatchee at 4:30.....they have to win to go to state.....Saturday we will play for placement and could possible face Brewster.  At least the weather decided to warm up and I won't be wrapped up in blankets!
