A June Snapshot

Coleus is almost ready to set out.

King of the Garden Lima Trellises

My Lincoln's are blooming

Faint row of green corn

Cherry tomato stakes

Onions look to nice to have root maggots, we could hope

Potatoes are blooming - Did you know that potatoes were bred and raised for flowers, especially wedding bouquet's and tussie mussies during the victorian era?

I guess I could have kept mulching?

No big loss if the beets have bugs, they sure are pretty though.

There are a few heads that might make it.

It just doesn't look like it is suppose to.

Rainbow Chard - pretty red one. Note: I'm not going to bother with the pastel's next year, just the reds.

Tete Noire - I absolutely love the shape and growth pattern of this cabbage. The leaves lay out on the ground like English Lop ears.

This is why you grow purple cabbage. Even if it is inedible, look at how pretty.

What are the chances of that being bug free?

The Kale has grown wonderfully.

Queen Anne's Lace, different, more refined, from the wild varieties.

Blooming Blue Borage

Little late to start having the first pansy blossoms.

I'm ready for tomatoes
