Washington/Oregon Here We Come!
Well, we feel we got an amazing deal on tickets. I had been pricing them for several weeks, anxiously waiting to buy them and couldn't find them cheaper than $400.00 per ticket. We were willing to pay that.....got online on Saturday and was able to buy them for $250.00 per ticket....That's my coupon savings for the week girls!!!! The trip will be packed full of long anticipated visits, we wish we could stay longer but 11 days is it. Three in Oregon, 4 in Pateros, 1 in Walla Walla, and 1 in Portland....one day coming and going. The kids are a little mopey because they wanted to stay for 4 weeks!!! Get real....those days are over until they are old enough to fly by themselves. Got up early this morning 3:00 am to take Jord to the airport, he has a 3 day conference in Virginia. He called and said they had lost his luggage. He is madder than a hatter!! I talked him into wearing his sweats on the plane so he would be comfortable.....big mistake....so he's roaming around this beautiful campus in Virgina and can't take any pictures because his camera is with his luggage....can't get any internet service because Virgina had a storm last night that wiped out the internet service until tomorrow. So, far....not a good trip for Jord. He only has today to go site seeing and no camera. He is supposed to check back with the airlines at 6:00, if no luggage....he then has to go shopping for clothes. I'm a little glad he is there and I am here....Ha! Well, off to the softball games....Kat has 3 games this week and one the night before we fly out, then she has a break for 1 1/2 weeks. See everyone soon!

Thunderstorms
Well, welcome to Oklahoma weather. Last week we had severe storms and our house was hit by lightening. So, our home computer is in the shop, and the home phones are gone...TOAST! The phone was pretty cheap to fix-just go to Walmart and buy a new one. The computer will take about 200-250 dollars to fix, so that isn't any fun at all. We won't be posting as regular as usual and definately no pictures will be on our blog until we have it back from the shop. It was good talking to Josh today. Can't wait until we can actually see everyone.... we are waiting patiently. Happy Mothers Day to all the wonderful Moms of our darling little children. I don't know about the rest of you, but I have a few more gray hairs than last year.

Out of the Loop
We will be out of the loop the next few days. Kat has a tournament and we will be driving up and down the roads. She had her first game last night. She is the lead-off hitter and she smacked the ball into right field for a home run... pretty exciting way to start the game. We ended up winning 14-0. Hopefully, Jord will be able to post some pictures later this weekend. Still waiting on that wonderful stimulus check to come in so we can buy plane tickets. Happy Birthday to Jan....sorry we are late on that, wish I could've had a piece of that coconut pie.....I would love the recipe.
